SPARC Technology Services ("SPARC") respects the privacy of individuals applying for employment through our Careers website.

We may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, years of experience, position applied for, optional LinkedIn or portfolio URL, and any cover note you provide.

Our current online application form does not collect resume files.

How We Use Your Information

We use candidate information to evaluate applications, communicate about opportunities, coordinate recruitment activities, and maintain recruitment records.

Candidate information is intended to be accessible only to authorized recruitment personnel and service providers supporting our website and data storage, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We retain candidate application information for up to 12 months from submission, unless applicable law requires longer retention or an established legal obligation makes longer retention necessary.

After the applicable retention period, information will be deleted or anonymized according to our retention procedures.
